Last updated: July 2026 · Written for compliance with the Brazilian LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018)
1. What we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash), training data (plans, logged workouts, weights and repetitions), and, when a coach records them, body measurements and body-composition assessments. Body data is sensitive personal data under the LGPD and is treated with extra care.
2. Why we collect it
Exclusively to provide the service: organizing training plans and showing progress to you and your coach. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who sees it
Your coach sees the training and assessment data of their own clients. Administrators see aggregated platform metrics. Nobody else has access.
4. Legal basis
Performance of contract (art. 7º, V LGPD) for account and training data; consent (art. 11, I) for body-composition data, given when the client accepts the assessment.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, hashed passwords (argon2id), and access restricted by role.
6. Your rights (LGPD art. 18)
You can request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data at any time via support. Deleting your account removes your personal data; anonymized aggregates may be retained.
7. Retention
Data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, backups are purged within 90 days.
8. Cookies and analytics
On the public marketing pages only, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through the site. It sets analytics cookies and loads only after you accept them in the cookie banner; declining keeps it off. These cookies are never used inside the signed-in app, we never use them for advertising, and we do not sell the data. To change your choice, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will ask again. Strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in do not require consent.
9. Contact
Data controller and contact channel will be published here before public launch.
